We do not offer refunds. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are neither reschedulable nor refundable.

When hiring our services, the client may grant us access to their Amazon account or other platforms. This access will be used exclusively for the contracted purposes.

We commit to respecting the confidentiality of all information we access, although we are not responsible for security breaches originating outside our direct intervention.

All content generated by CUSTOS, including reports, strategies, and delivered materials, is property of the agency and may not be reused without prior authorization.

CUSTOS is not responsible for losses, penalties, account suspensions, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our recommendations or services. The client agrees to assume full responsibility for the use of the information provided.
