Amazon doesn't fail because one area drops the ball. It fails when nobody's watching the whole business.

“Before founding CUSTOS, I sold directly on Amazon and managed brand accounts. That's where I learned budget really does matter, but it's never enough when advertising, inventory, content, pricing and profitability all get decided separately. CUSTOS was built to connect those areas and run Amazon as one complete business.”

Managing Director
CUSTOS grew out of hands-on experience running and scaling Amazon accounts. We saw up close how many brands made decisions in silos: advertising chasing more sales, inventory trying to avoid stockouts, content chasing conversion, finance protecting margin. Each area watched its own number, but nobody was watching the full picture.
That's why we run Amazon USA as a single business unit. We bring commercial direction, advertising, profitability, inventory, catalog, content, pricing and Seller Central operations together under one decision-making system. Before we touch a campaign or run a promotion, we look at what's happening across the whole account and work out what's really driving it.
Every decision gets logged with its reasoning, then revisited 7 to 15 days later to confirm it, adjust it, or reverse it. We're not trying to rack up tasks or changes. We want every action to have a reason, an expected outcome, and a measurable impact on the business.
We work on a fixed monthly fee and don't take a cut of ad spend. Budget is a central variable, but our incentive isn't to grow it. It's to decide how to use it better, based on margin, inventory, the brand's stage, and its growth goals.
Each senior operator manages no more than two accounts and works directly with the brand. We deliberately limit how many accounts we take on, so we can know each business in depth, keep judgment close to execution, and avoid a structure built on delegating to junior staff.
We specialize in supplements, sports nutrition, functional foods and beverages, including pet supplements. We work with brands from Latin America and Spain that are already selling on Amazon United States, want to open the channel from scratch, or have committed capital to building a brand with a long-term view.
CUSTOS wasn't built to manage one part of Amazon. It was built to take responsibility for connecting every decision that lets an operation launch, get organized, and grow sustainably.
